Ferguson Man Forms an Inspiring Team with Cop Watchers to Hold Police Accountable [Video: http://bit.ly/1l8QoAA]

Black excellence.

I know gofundme has fucked shit up, but it seems like this project is about 700 away from its second goal of clip on cameras for residents
http://www.gofundme.com/Copwatching-in-Ferguson

All cops should be wearing these, and it be unlawful for them to turn them off. Accountability of their actions from a distance can skew the facts if the recording is not starting at the beginning of the incident. If cops were forced to wear these on their chests, audio recording, video recording, we could get the entire event from car to street with all these situations where we really need to know what happened 100%, not 5… 10 minutes later after someone got killed. The video taken from police cameras should also have a chain of custody, who has the camera (with police badge number directly on the video), who accessed/removed/replaced the SD cards, who is moving the data, where the data is going and who is analysing the situations. A lack of accountability will hinder the effectiveness and raise more suspicion as to how the data was handled. An officers entire shift should be recorded, front view, even if he stops in for a coffee, all of it.We’ve reached this point and while citizen cameras are one option they are not a definitive solution to who is accountable in situations. These police required videos can be teamed with public citizen videos to corroborate the situation as it happened as well as fill in the missing pieces.

Watch the inspirational video of this quadriplegic who plays and streams Diablo 3

!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been watching this guy’s livestreams for a few days now. He’s super positive and really nice to all his viewers, answering everything he can. Also considering his abilities he is really good at Diablo III and WoW. Like the fact that I could have been playing WoW with people like him and getting my ass handed to me by them is part of the reason I appreciate video games as a form of therapy.

"I’m really feeling good about myself!"

This makes me SO happy. Amazing!
